Ministri i ambientit jet\u00ebsor dhe planifikimit hap\u00ebsinor, Naser Nuredini, drejtori i Agjencionit p\u00ebr planifikim hap\u00ebsinor, Andrijana Andreeva dhe udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsit e tet\u00eb Qendrave p\u00ebr zhvillim t\u00eb rajoneve planore, sot n\u00ebnshkruan Memorandum p\u00ebr bashk\u00ebpunim, me \u00e7ka t\u00eb gjith\u00eb pal\u00ebt e shfaq\u00ebn gatishm\u00ebrin\u00eb p\u00ebr bashl\u00ebpunim gjat\u00eb procesit t\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitjes s\u00eb Planit hap\u00ebsinor t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Maqedonis\u00eb s\u00eb Veriut.<\/p>\n

Nevoja p\u00ebr p\u00ebrgatitjen e nj\u00eb plani t\u00eb ri hap\u00ebsinor del nga fakti se plani aktual po skadon, por edhe p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb ndryshimeve t\u00eb kushteve dhe nevojave moderne t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb son\u00eb. Plani hap\u00ebsinor paraqet strategji nacionale p\u00ebr zhvillim hap\u00ebsinor dhe jep drejtime p\u00ebr organizim, shfryt\u00ebzim, mbrojtje, rregullim dhe menaxhim t\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00ebs s\u00eb Shtetit. Procesi i p\u00ebrgatitjes s\u00eb Planit hap\u00ebsinor do t\u00eb jet\u00eb gjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshir\u00ebs dhe do t’i p\u00ebrfshij\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb pal\u00ebt n\u00eb Shtet, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb edhe sektorin joqeveritar, dhe do t\u00eb harmonizohet me planifikimin rajonal hap\u00ebsinor p\u00ebrmes konsultimeve me shtetet fqinje dhe harmonizim i aktiviteteve kufitare dhe nd\u00ebr-kufitare.\u00a0<\/p>\n

I gjith\u00eb procesi do t\u00eb mbulohet edhe me rregullore t\u00eb re ligjore nga sfera e planifikimit hap\u00ebsinor p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebn gjithashtu do t\u00eb konsultohen ekspert\u00eb nga vendi dhe jasht\u00eb.\u00a0<\/p>\n

-Plani i ri hap\u00ebsinor i Shtetit do t\u00eb jet\u00eb modern dhe vizionar dhe do t\u00eb mund\u00ebsoj\u00eb zhvillim afatgjat\u00eb dhe t\u00eb q\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm socio-ekonomik, parandalim dhe kontroll\u00eb e ndikimeve t\u00eb d\u00ebmshme mbi ambientin jet\u00ebsor dhe do t\u00eb krijoj\u00eb balans\u00eb n\u00eb mes hap\u00ebsir\u00ebs s\u00eb disponueshme, zhvillimit ekonomik dhe demografik, resurset kulturore dhe natyrore. Gjithashtu, me metodologjin\u00eb e re parashikohen edhe mekanizma p\u00ebr ballafaqim me ndryshimet klimaterike si dhe harmonizim i politikave sektoriale dhe gjetjen e zgjidhjeve adekuate – theksoi ministri Nuredini.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Drejtoresha e Agjencionit p\u00ebr planifikim hap\u00ebsinor Andrijana Andreeva n\u00eb fjal\u00ebn p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndet\u00ebse tregoi n\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb e planit hap\u00ebsinor duke e quajtur “kushtetuta e planifikimit” dhe gatishm\u00ebria t\u00eb angazhohen t\u00eb gjith\u00eb resurset profesionale t\u00eb disponueshme. Gjithashtu, theksoi edhe n\u00eb rolin e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm t\u00eb rajoneve planore dhe pjes\u00ebmarrja e tyre n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb proces q\u00eb rrjedh jo vet\u00ebm nga fakti se p\u00ebr secilin rajon planor do t\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitet plan hap\u00ebsinor si p\u00ebrpunim i atij nacional, por edhe p\u00ebr rolin e tyre n\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekjet p\u00ebr arritjen e zhvillimit t\u00eb barabart\u00eb rajonal n\u00eb shtet.<\/p>\n
