At the 11th session of the Council for development of SWPR, held on 20.03.2024, Valon Kaba, the previous coordinator at the Center for development of the Southwest planning region, was unanimously elected by the members of the Council as acting Director of the Center for development of SWPR.
The Mayor of the Municipality of Ohrid, also the President of the Council for development of the Southwest planning region, Dr. Kiril Pecakov, expressed his great gratitude for the successful cooperation with director Mirjana Lozanoska so far, and wished the newly elected acting director Valon Kaba successful work with the Center.
Valon Kaba has been working in regional development for 15 years, with extensive experience in implementing a number of projects in the field of energy efficiency, reconstruction of buildings and communal infrastructure.
