Today in Trebenista, Municipality of Debrca, in the presence of representatives of the Investor – Center for development of the Southwest planning region, the Supervisory authority, the Contractor and the beneficiary of the building – the Municipality of Debrca, was made technical acceptance and was put on use this cultural-historical home.
In the past few months, a complete reconstruction of all the main and auxiliary rooms has been carried out in the interior part, which makes it possible to further organize meetings, demonstrations, artistic and other types of settings of interest to the citizens of this municipality. The total internal usable area of the building is 503 m2, and in addition, the building’s energy efficiency has been improved with the performance of a thermal facade.
The total investment is 3.8 million denars, with the majority of the funds coming from the national budget through the Program for regional development of the Ministry of local self-government, i.e. the Bureau for regional development, and part of the funds for the reconstruction was provided by the Municipality of Debarca. The contractor of the works was the company Tane 2007 DOOEL Ohrid.
