New roof and new facade for ES “Yunus Emre”

Center for development of the Southwest planning region, within the framework of the regional project “Improved energy efficiency in public utilities and use of RES”, completed the activities for the reconstruction of the roof and facade of the ES “Yunus Emre” in the village of Lisichani-Plasnica. During the summer vacation, in this school building, a complete reconstruction of the roof covering was carried out, as well as insulation of the roof itself and reconstruction of the external facade with a new thermal facade. A new roof covering made of plasticized sheet metal, waterproofing made of ter paper and thermal insulation made of stone wool in an area of ​​1168 m2 was placed on the roof. While, in the outer part of the walls, a new thermal facade made of 10 cm polystyrene was made in an area of ​​815 m2, with 3 cm polystyrene in an area of ​​about 95 m2, and a facade plinth of 69 m2. The total investment for this project is around 6.5 million denars, financed by the Bureau for Regional Development through the balanced regional development programs for 2022/2023. Within the framework of the same project, activities have already been completed in the Municipality of Makedonski Brod – reconstruction of the Municipal Assembly, Municipality of Debrca – reconstruction of the municipal building, Municipality of Vevcani – reconstruction of the kindergarten kitchen, while the implementation of activities in the Municipality of Kicevo – installation of 6 photovoltaic systems in 6 buildings, Municipality of Struga – reconstruction of the Primary School “St. Kliment Ohridski” and Primary School “Baftjar Banushi”, and the implementation of the activity in Debar is expected to begin soon, namely the reconstruction of the Primary School “Said Najdeni”.
